Do you ship outside India?
Free delivery across India. Yes, we deliver to more than 200 countries in the world and offer different shipping options as applicable.
How do I know my order has been placed?
Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email.
How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email. You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.
Are my items insured?
Yes, all our products are insured from the time they leave girlyk.com to the time they reach your delivery address. Once a package has been signed for at the delivery address, it is no longer insured. If a product is damaged upon arrival, either refuse to accept it or notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of receipt.
VAT & customs duties
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by the respective country government.
Transit Risk
Girlyk is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, the customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Girlyk will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

Address change requests
Once an order is registered, you can request for address change within 42 hours of placing the order. You may send your shipping address alteration request to care@girlyk.com and the needful will be done.
Shipping and handling details
We deliver to all and any postal address around the globe and in India at minimal cost. However, courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code / zip code.
For international shipments some courier company parcel may be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answer the doorbell.
Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
No deliveries are made on Saturday and Sunday in all international countries with 5 day work culture. Due to certain regulatory and operational restrictions, we are unable to offer Cash on Delivery payment methods in Kerala
In many Islamic countries Friday are normal off days. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
Courier Company will try 2 times to deliver the parcel for international shipment after that customer will have to pick up the parcel from your relative courier office in your area and the charges will be bared by customer. The further attempts by courier companies for delivery cost will also be barred by customer as rescheduling charges
Incorrect or incomplete address
Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not girlyk.com. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
All products are firstly polythene packed & taped with Girlyk tag. Then delivered to the courier service person.
For each product we have mentioned time to ship along with the product description. These are indicative &approx. values only and products can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of product and other factors.
It is advisable to email us with the product codes to get a more accurate time to ship estimate.
In some cases if a customer have selected products from different shipping day’s category, the overall dispatch date will be applicable as per higher shipping days of their selected products.

What if any delays
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail and for the same no compensation will be given.
However, any dates for delivery are approximate only, and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to give you Credit Note for unfulfilled part of the order.
Also be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package, or it is refused for any reason, girlyk.com will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall girlyk.com attempt re-shipment of the same order.
Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami etc... In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time.
