PRE-SHIPMENT CANCELLATIONS
In case of any defect or quality check we will inform you in 72 hours that we can process that order due to few reasons like quality check process failed to pass the quality, variation color due to new production etc. so you have to either exchange other product with same amount.
Order Returning Timeline
Please e-mail care@girlyk.com immediately with your order # and request to cancel. Order cancellation requests must be received within 72 hours any of order placements for a 100% refund back to your used method of payment.
14 Days (International customers outside) & 7 days (Indian Customers) easy return policy to ensure that you get enough time to resend it back to us.
I just placed an order but now want to cancel it. How can I do this?
Please e-mail care@girlyk.com immediately with your order # and request to cancel. Order cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of order placement for a 100% refund back to your used method of payment.
Order cancellation requests made after this period are only approved on a case-to-case basis, depending on if the product(s) in your order are nearing completion for dispatch.
If your order cancellation request is approved, you will receive a refund in the form of a store credit or refund back to your card. Refund will be done within 7-8 working days
Order cancellation after 72 hours ?
Any order cancel after 24hr after placing it we charge 15% restocking price will apply.
What can I return?
- You may return any item purchased from Girlyk that is unused, in new condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt.
- Sale products are non-returnable.
- Custom stitch or custom made product according to made to measure sizes is not returnable.
Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?
- For orders delivered within India - FREE Returns - Customer has to send item back with all tags and unused condition.
- For orders delivered in rest of the countries - Customers will be responsible to ship the product back to us with tracking details at return@girlyk.com. Return request must be sent via email else it will not considered.(Whatspp or other social platform message will not consider as official for return consideration.) Customer will be liable to pay the return shipping and customs charges which is non-refundable.
Are there any duties and taxes?
- For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.
- For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees or local/VAT taxes. Girlyk will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.
